Overview
We want you to be happy with your YOSILE pieces. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are available, and how to request one.
Ready-Stock Items
For items purchased in stock (not made to order), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns.
Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces
Because these pieces are produced specifically for you, custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item arrives defective or materially different from what was ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@yosile.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and give you instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect, in which case YOSILE will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email within 3 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer, and typically reflect within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Items purchased on sale or during a limited drop are final sale.
International Returns
At this time YOSILE ships within Nigeria only, so this policy applies to domestic orders. Should international shipping become available, an updated returns process will be published here.
