Welcome to YOSILE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and YOSILE (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of yosile.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. About YOSILE
YOSILE is a custom-made streetwear brand based in Lagos, Nigeria. Products are produced in limited runs and, where stated, made to order.
3. Products, Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including fabric, colour, and sizing, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and paid for in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product.
4. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@yosile.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full through one of our accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for reasons of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and whether an item is in stock or made to order. Estimated delivery windows, where shown, are approximate and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or events of force majeure.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except where the item is defective or materially different from what was ordered.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to reproduce or resell our content without permission, or to submit false or misleading information when placing an order.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, photography, and content on this Site are the property of YOSILE and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOSILE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and YOSILE before any formal proceedings are pursued.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
